You can easily reach us with your grievance if the refund is not processed within 15 days of an application to that effect. As soon as you contact us, our refund department will assessee the matter and if it finds non-catering of services on our part we’ll gladly refund your payment within 7 working days from the date of request for refund.
No refund shall be issued if we initiated the service, incurring any expense in the process, tangible or otherwise, and the completion of the service is delayed due to factors outside our control such as when a certificate is pending or delayed on part of a government department or officials or any similar hindrance caused by extraneous factors. It will be as per the government guidelines.
- We will deduct INR 300 (Three hundred rupees only) as an administrative charge if the application could not be processed due to non-submission of required documents as per government guidelines or any kind of non-cooperation from the applicant or any other circumstances which restricted us to process the application.
- If any government fee, duty, challan or any other sum is paid in the course of the processing registration application the payment received will be refunded after reducing the said government fee.
- No refund shall be issued if you have already availed any complimentary service or discount offer which was attached to the paid services.
