CA Rahul Parashar

His and Mukesh’ career paths have followed the exact same trajectory. Cleared CA in May 2003, joined Ernst & Young in late 2004, started own partnership firm in 2005 and joined a bigger firm in 2010.His academic pursuits have been varied in character as he believes in doing in what his heart is set on. While in early CA days he qualified the tough Oracle 11i ERP Finance Module (Implementation) course, he later found his calling in Indirect Taxes in 2012 when the Service tax regime was overhauled through a series of notifications. Before the Goods and Services Tax came in force in July 2017, he and a group of friends studied the Draft Bill threadbare and even made suggestions for changes to be made in the Bill. This group then organised a series of GST workshops to spread awareness of the new law thus simplifying it’s technicalities.

Continuing with his academics, he studied and passed another post-qualification certificate course, this time from the ICAI – Anti-Money Laundering and Allied Laws. Furthermore, he passed an international course on Financial Implications of Blockchain Technology – a field of learning he holds close to his heart. Continuous learning has been his life’s motto and he was just the right choice for Dadirani Tax Consultants to hire as the Indirect Taxes Head.
