Stock Exchange for MSMEs: Salient points – (a) It may be made a segregated part of already existing exchanges. (b) MSMEs to be rated based on their financials, GST return filing etc. (c) Opportunity not just for Indians but also for FIIs and NRIs to invest in an enterprise that shows promise and is at a lower valuation. 2. E-marketplace like Amazon/Alibaba for MSMEs: Such a marketplace has already been decided to be put in place.
